Water & Oil radiators can be fabricated to any requirements, based on core size and configurations available.
RS Fabrications work closely with a specific radiator core manufacture that supply cores to Performance Auto Industry, Motorsport and Aircraft Industry globally.
Core samples are held at RS Fabrications for dimension identification and inspection prior to manufacture. Assistance in decision making for cooling requirements can also be undertaken for specific applications.
Tooling for repeat or batch manufacture can also be provided.
Liquid to Air or Liquid to Liquid Heat exchangers can also be manufacture to any specifications.
Air charge intercoolers are also a speciality of RS Fabrications. Requirements, installation and manufacture can be undertaken, again with core samples available for varied applications.
Flow rates through the intercooler, Air Charge Flow and Cooling Flow through the core matrix, can be specified and controlled.
e.g. An intercooler mounted in front of a water radiator may require a core matrix with a large volume flow section.
