RS Fabrications

Classic Amcar came to RS for a  Duel Exit Tailpipes on a customer Dodge Challenger.

Russell & Shane have worked with Paul Strudwick & Teslayn Engineering  on numerous projects in the past. Paul’s requirements were to remove the existing rear silencer box on a V6 SE model, which exited on the RH side of the vehicle, and fabricate a duel twin setup familiar with the RT/SRT8 Challenger.

6″ x 2″ Rectangular, Slash Cut, Rolled in Tail Pipes were sourced and a twin 2.5″ Dia section was fabricated to mate to the existing single 2.5″ section.

After Gas Purging & Tig Welding, corresponding cutouts were produced in the rear valance to accommodate the new tailpipes and the system was fitted. “they never fail to produce a quality product”, comment Paul “I know that when we bring a vehicle to RS Fabrications for exhaust work, we get exactly what we require”.
