RS Fabrications

Jim “Jimbo” Williams has been trying to extract more power from his Audi RS4 B7.

RS Fabrications manufacture Stainless Steel De-Cat Pipes that replace the original OEM Catalytic Converters. These are a direct replacement for the factory installed items and can be fitted in 4 Hour to the vehicle.

Prior to the installation Jimbo’s RS4 was running 398.4 BHP with figures obtained with re-mapping and an aftermarket exhaust system. Taking this as a baseline, we fitted a pair of our de-cat pipes.

Back on the rolling road and with some aditional re-mapping, a further 10.1 BHP was achieved. Jim was pleased with the resulting 408.5 BHP and will be returning for a full twin box, duel exhaust system from RS Fab in the not to distant future.
