Exhaust Hanger BracketA Customer came to RS Fabrications to have a custom made Exhaust Hanger Bracket in 304 Stainless Steel. RS Fab took the pert from concept to production in 2 weeks.

Engineering started with CAD drawings to develop the Stainless Steel Blank, which was then susequently laser cut to size.

Press tooling was manufactured to operated in the 50 Tonne press, and a production run of 100 were produded for the customer.

Exhaust Hanger BracketThe result is a perfectly formed Mitsubishi Evo Exhaust Hanger Bracket, manufactured to fit the Rubber Isolator supplied, and fulfill all the customers needs .
