Supercharged VW Beetle Polished 2.5 Inch S.S. Rollcage

John commissioned RS Fab to install a Custom polished Stainless Steel Rollcage in his immaculate Supercharged Beetle.
With rear seats removed, templates were cut to mandrel bend the main hoop in 2.5″ dia 304 stainless steel tube.
Loading plates were welded into the body shell and the main hoop, rear down tubes and a diagonal brace where fitted and tacked into place. Seat Belt mounts were added, for the full harness belt installation, on the rear strut brace.
Then the whole cage was disassembled, removed from the vehicle and sent out for full Mirror Polishing.
The cage was then reassembled and painstakingly tig welded in the the body shell of the Beetle. The carpet & trim panels were re-fitted around the roll cage supports to complete the installation.
The result is a perfect blend of finish and practicality.
