RS Fabrications

RS Fabrications will be doubling their workshop area in April2009. 

Moving into the adjacent 2500 sq/ft unit, RS Fabrications will be maintaining their current location in Thorpe House , Thorpe Way, Banbury. The new manufacturing facility, on the corner of  Thorpe way & Thorpe Drive, will give added access via a double shutter doors, increase workshop floor area to 5000 sq/ft. and offer  3 Vehicle lifts, 2 Vehicle Bays,  full Machine shop, as well as 5 general fabrication/tig welding stations for component manufacture.

Shane Harvey says ” I can’t wait for the expansion plans to come into effect. Due to our workload and current projects, it is very difficult to keep up with our customer requirements without this facility expansion”

The move will start on the 20th March 2009, when implementation of a new workshop layout will be applied, making the best use of the area to suit the needs of the RS Fabricators and Technicians. No disruption in manufacture is anticipated, as additional time has been allocated for the expansion.

After 3 years in business, RS has outgrown their current Fabrication/Machine Shop/Vehicle Preparation Workshop, “its a natural progression in the manufacture of quality fabricated Racing Car & Performance Road Car components in this niche of the market” commented Russell Varnals.
