RS Fabrications currently used the Zircotec Ceramic Coating on their Audi RS4 Twin Turbo manifolds, due to the harsh environment and close proximity of other engine components in the vehicle engine bay.

The Zircotec product is a Motorsport tried & tested plasma sprayed process, offering a range of thermal barrier coatings that can optimise performance and manage  high temperature components in confined environments.
